Availability Report

Overview

The availability report shows the percentage of time that the equipment was available for production.

The Availability page consists of the following:

Heatmaps

The Availability heatmap that allows you to look at the OEE of all the cells and assets on your line at an hourly or daily level for the chosen time range. The heatmap also shows you your average Availability for the cell or asset over the selected time range, along with its minimum and maximum value.

Cell Interval

Selecting a cell interval shows the Availability cell summary for that specific day / hour on the heatmap. Clicking on the cell interval allows you to drill down to Gross downtimes (Cell Availability).

Asset Interval

Selecting a asset interval shows the Availability asset summary for that specific day / hour on the heatmap. Clicking on the cell interval allows you to drill down to Downtime details (Asset Availability).

Aggregate Availability

The aggregate availability section in this heatmap is also clickable and allows you to drilldown on a wide range of data for downtimes. You can select more than a day for view and compare asset downtimes.
