Downtime Report

Overview

The Downtime report shows the amount of time that a cell or asset was down.
The Downtime page consists of the following:

Heatmap

The Downtime heatmap that allows you to look at the Downtime of all the cells and assets on your line at an hourly or daily level for the chosen time range. The heatmap also shows you your average Downtime for the cell or asset over the selected time range, along with its minimum and maximum value.



Cell Interval

Selecting a cell interval shows the Downtime cell summary for that specific day / hour on the heatmap. Clicking on the cell interval allows you to drill down to Gross downtimes (Cell Availability).



Asset Interval

Selecting an asset interval shows the Downtime asset summary for that specific day / hour on the heatmap. Clicking on the cell interval allows you to drill down to Downtime details (Asset Availability).
