Good Part JPH Report

Overview

The Good Part JPH report shows the JPH of assets and cells by the number of good parts produced per hour.
The Good Part JPH page consists of the following:

Heatmap

The Good Part JPH heatmap that allows you to look at the Good Part JPH of all the cells and assets on your line at an hourly or daily level for the chosen time range. The heatmap also shows you your average Good Part JPH for the cell or asset over the selected time range, along with its minimum and maximum value.

Cell Interval

Selecting a cell interval shows the Good Part JPH cell summary for that specific day / hour on the heatmap. Clicking on the cell interval allows you to drill down to Interactions (Cell Performance).

Asset Interval

Selecting a asset interval shows the Good Part JPH asset summary for that specific day / hour on the heatmap. Clicking on the cell interval allows you to drill down to Cycles (Asset Performance).

Aggregate Good Part JPH

The aggregate Good Part JPH section in this heatmap is also clickable and allows you to drilldown on a wide range of data for cycles. You can select more than a day for view and compare asset cycles.
