OEE Report
Overview
The OEE report gives overall equipment efficiency statistics for all the assets and cells on the line.
The OEE page consists of the following:
Heatmap
The OEE heatmap that allows you to look at the OEE of all the cells and assets on your line at an hourly or daily level for the chosen time range. The heatmap also shows you your average OEE for the cell or asset over the selected time range, along with its minimum and maximum value.
Cellwise OEE graph
The cellwise OEE graph will only populate once a cell is selected. This graph will show you the average OEE for the selected cell across all the cells on the line. Hovering on the graph shows you the details.
Timeseries OEE graph
The timeseries OEE graph will only populate once a cell is selected. This graph will show you the OEE of a selected cell across the entire selected time range, aggregated by hour or day, depending on what is selected by the user. Hovering on the graph shows you the details.
Date Range and Aggregator
The OEE heatmaps page also consists of multiple selections at the top of the page that allow you to select and view data the way you would like to. The date range selector allows you to select the date range for which you would like to see the data. By default the selected date range is the last week. The day/hour selector allows you to select your aggregator for the data you are viewing.
Filter Component
The filter component allows you to filter the data by shift and/or part variants. By default, all shifts and part variants are selected. To confirm selection of filters, click on apply filters. The selected filters will show as a number next to the filter button to denote that filters have been applied.
Note: Filters applied on the heatmaps are applied to all the drilldowns after it by default
Parameter Selection
The parameter selection allows you to see the heatmap in different ways. The parameter dropdown consists of the following parameters to choose from:
Legends
The legends can be seen by hovering over the information icon in the top right corner of the heatmaps page.
Cell Interval
Selecting a cell interval shows the OEE cell summary for that specific day / hour on the heatmap. Clicking on the cell interval allows you to drill down to Gross downtimes (Cell Availability) and Interactions (Cell Performance).
Asset Interval
Selecting an asset interval shows the OEE asset summary for that specific day / hour on the heatmap. Clicking on the cell interval allows you to drill down to Downtime details (Asset Availability) and Cycles (Asset Performance).
