Total Performance Report
Overview
The Total Performance report shows the performance of individual assets and cells.
The Total Performance page consists of the following:
Heatmaps
The Total Performance heatmap that allows you to look at the Total Performance of all the cells and assets on your line at an hourly or daily level for the chosen time range. The heatmap also shows you your average Total Performance for the cell or asset over the selected time range, along with its minimum and maximum value.
Cell Interval
Selecting a cell interval shows the Total Performance cell summary for that specific day / hour on the heatmap. Clicking on the cell interval allows you to drill down to Interactions (Cell Performance).
Asset Interval
Selecting a asset interval shows the Total Performance asset summary for that specific day / hour on the heatmap. Clicking on the cell interval allows you to drill down to Cycles (Asset Performance).
Aggregate Total Performance
The aggregate Total Performance section in this heatmap is also clickable and allows you to drilldown on a wide range of data for cycles. You can select more than a day for view and compare asset cycles.
High Performance (above 100%)
In case the OEE / performance / availability is more than 100 % then its indicated as shown here.
