Quality Report

Overview

The Quality report shows the number of good parts produced by the asset divided by the total number of parts produced by the asset .
The Quality page consists of the following:

Heatmap

The Quality heatmap that allows you to look at the Quality of all the cells and assets on your line at an hourly or daily level for the chosen time range. The heatmap also shows you your average Quality for the cell or asset over the selected time range, along with its minimum and maximum value.


Cell Interval

Selecting a cell interval shows the Quality cell summary for that specific day / hour on the heatmap.


Asset Interval

Selecting an asset interval shows the Quality asset summary for that specific day / hour on the heatmap.
