Overview
The Settings feature can be accessed from the main menu or the navigation bar.
You can access the following features-
1. Shifts
2. Targets
3. Profile
4. Sign out
Shifts
You can access the shifts feature by clicking on the shifts tab from the left navigation.
The default Shift group is pre-selected. You can change the shift group by clicking the dropdown.
Clicking the kebab menu gives you options to -
1. Set Shift group as default (If only one shift group exists this option will be disabled until another shift group is added)
2. Edit title of shift group.
3. Delete shift group (can only be done when more then one shift group exists)
Shift Groups can be added by clicking the ‘Add Shift Group’ button. Clicking this button opens a new page. Here you have to input the Shift group name in the input field provided.
Click Add Shifts under the empty table to Add Shifts. Input shift name and timings. Click on Add Breaks to add breaks within the Shift. Multiple Shifts & Breaks can be added. Click on Save to add Shift to Shift group. After Adding Shifts and Breaks, you can click on save on the top right corner of the page. If you do not wish to save the Shift Group, click on close.
Shift Details of the shift group can be seen in a table structure. Hovering on the shift row gives you options to edit/delete that shift. Clicking on the row expands the shift to show the breaks in that shift. These can be edited/deleted by clicking the CTA’s on the right.
Clicking edit for the shifts turns it into an editable structure where you can edit shift & break timings. Breaks can also be added in the shift by clicking the ‘Add Break’ button.
To add a new shift to this shift group, click on the ‘Add shift’ button at the bottom of the table. Here you can add the new shift timings. Clicking on the add break button adds another row on input fields where you can add details of the break. Multiple breaks can be added. Clicking save populates these details in the table of shift details of that shift group.
Targets
Targets can be configured for each part type. The unit of targets is JPH.
Already existing targets appear in a row, with part type name, target and last updated time stamp.
You can hover over a row, to edit or delete the targets defined. You can add a new target, with the “Add Targets” button.
After clicking on the new target button a form to add the with two fields:
1. Part Type Selection
2. Target JPH
If the target for a part type is already added, the newly entered target will update the existing. Part type while adding a new target can be multi-selected, to add or edit them in one go.
